Joe was the owner of the North Wales Knights from 2016 through 2019, when he resigned from the league for personal reasons. A quietly effective owner, Joe was a good sport famously playing along with Nightmare owner Greg who intentionally started a campaign on our forum known as “F*** Joe”. We hope Joe will drop in and say hi from time to time.
