Ghoji Blackburn, owner of the Alaska Arsenic was born and raised in Oshkosh, Wisconsin but these days he lives a little north in the city of Appleton. After getting a degree in Accounting, he decided it wasn't for him and went back into sales which is something he did while obtaining the degree. At home, he has a wife and two sons, Brady (named after TB12) and Jackson (named after Dr. Jack Shephard from his favorite TV show, Lost) and they have one dog that is a pure bred Poodle named King. Ghoji's hobbies are coffee, reading, golfing, grilling and Netfix. He also plays way too much fantasy baseball which is year round as well. He says he is named after a cartoon character and he has a Batman tattoo. When asked about something that is unusual about himself, he says he is a complete germophobe which leads to some real OCD.

His favorite NFL team is the New England Patriots but he can cheer for the Oakland Raiders and Cleveland Browns. He does not like the Denver Broncos...and then keeps listing teams like the Colts, Steelers, Ravens, Giants, Jets and Vikings. Ghoji started playing fantasy football in 1999 when he was just 13 years old with the help of his dad. He remembers going undefeated with one of his first teams and his team was named "Uranus Busters". He loves the competition of fantasy football, expecting the unexpected, and how it enhances an already entertaining NFL product among other things. As for his biggest peeves about the hobby, he says bad owners, bad trades and bad injuries. As for a favorite memory, in a 2003 semifinal matchup, nobody knew if Brett Favre would play following the death of his father. Ghoji took the risk and plugged him in to play Monday Night in his playoff matchup and Favre went on to have the best first half/game of his life and Ghoji's team rode into the championship match.

Ghoji says he plays in 5 leagues each year and three of those are redrafts. Since joining Roster Wars, he says he has a new site to check every day. He hopes to have a long term fantasy NBA league with Colin (Vipers owner) and he hopes to have solidified his 5th footbal league with Sam (Panthers owner) and he's playing PokerStars again with some us. He has a new favorite league that he doesn't plan on leaving any time soon (implying Roster Wars).

At the time of this interview, he said he hadn't contributed much but he's definitely stepped it up since then, offered various content pieces and being an all around great active owner. Ghoji is a great fit for our club for sure.
